Food and drink were good but....we didn't realize this ship and apparently a few others now charge for the better steak and lobster. It was fine but took us by surprise and didn't really like that. Also the drink service around the pool and on deck was a bit slow....they didn't have enough people and had to wait a long long time and often the drinks were wrong. We would order the same drink and get different variations of it throughout the time at the various bars.

They are always a good time and never enough time to do everything. I didn't hear the cruise director often. We couldn't hear him in our cabins.

Room stewards are always so helpful and attentive. See above about the wait times on drinks around the deck of pool area. Very disappointed with the Picture people. The person was rude and told me to just go to the kiosk they were closing but then proceeded to help other people. I didn't feel like she cared one bit which is unlike most of the personnel on the ship. We also felt the sales staff at the jewelry area were very pushy and somewhat shady best to avoid the lure of the prizes. BUT...besides that overall most personnel were very attentive and kind and doing the best they could to help and please you

Ship Quality

I wish there was better signage of the floor #'s and maps of things. Also the elevators were so slow and often only 1 running so always needed to take the steps but those with health problems or handicap this was very difficult or impossible.

It was a great cabin. Of course a little tight but I loved the balcony.
