Review summary

Bad weather rocked the boat, bland food without a lot of options for someone eating healthy, need more water stations & actual events that catered to guests & not trying to sell you stuff. It seemed like a trap to see how much more money they can get from you!

Food is based on qty not quality & not for those who eat lean & green. Very bland, it all started to taste the same plus water availability on one deck only while a bar is on several decks

Bad weather so not able to enjoy deck pool or mini golf. Hot tubs were always full. Most events were all about pushing or selling products or services. What happened to catering to guests?

Room stewards were great but dining staff didn’t refill water glasses or listen to request of no carbs & brought bread bowl & fruit/bread with cheese plate.

Older boat but nicely decorated & they constantly cleaned. Some areas were leaking due to rain.

Tight room but bigger than expected. Nice window let in lots of natural light. Very comfortable & clean. Nice bathroom with good sized shower including body wash & shampoo.

Ship tip

Double check time of year to your destination as they only want to sell you a cruise. Consider flying & staying at a resort

Sorry to hear you had such a bad experience. Weather, of course, is out of their control. We've cruised on Paradise and found plenty of diet specific food to eat that was really good. Our dinners in the dining room were good, brunch was good, room service was good. Didn't eat much off of the buffet, but enjoyed the salad bar & fruit bowls that were always out during dining times. Maybe you just weren't aware of all that was available to you!? I hope you give a cruise another chance!
