I wanted to add something that was not covered above. While we were at Mr. Sanchez, I was drugged with something. Everyone took off for a bit while I was n the pool leaving our things on a chair alone. Later when I grabbed my water bottle to take my meds I noticed it had somehow started leaking but I couldn't find a leak till I squeezed the bottle. At the bottom I saw s spritz of water coming out but you had to squeeze to see and make it spray. The hole was the size of an insulin needle. Luckily I only drank half. I was barely able to get back to the ship. My husband nearly had to carry me. I was given a wheelchair because i couldn't walk. My family tried to take me straight to dinner but I was asleep. I slept till lunch the next day, then at 3 I layed down and slept till 7. I never thought to report it. I doubt they could have done anything.

I was told I could leave my wheelchair at home and they would provide wheelchair assist as soon a we arrived. I was in tears by the time we made it to the ship.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
The nice dining room was excellent, however the common dining room was another story. The pizza was always open but the sandwich shop and buffets closed so early and opened late. People were very upset. The coffee bar didn't even open till 6:30. Many people including myself were up before 5. The room service was a problem as well. I would have enjoyed early coffee but you had to place the order the night before. I didn't know when would wake up and they wouldn't leave it at the door. You had to wake up and take the tray.
Onboard Activities
1 out of 5
Our activities director didn't show up till day 3. The activities were not coordinated. There was normally only 1 thing going on at once. I did very much enjoy the comedy show. The dance club didn't open till 11, but there was nothing to do until then. The pool experience was terrible. The DJ was only there for a short time. Then they would play Christmas music or sometimes have a girl sing country music. Nothing that said party, or cruise. There was a short funny mens dance off one day, and a pool dancing water show another. Most of the day really was terrile by the pool.
Entertainment
1 out of 5
There was not enough entertainment! There were hours that went by where there was none. We also never saw the cruise director till day 3 too. I guess I expected for something always to be going on somewhere o the ship at all times. The 80's trivia was great in the main bar, the comedy was wonderful, but there should have been more of it. We were bored so often on the ship.
Service and Staff

If it were not for my experience with the woman that ran the customer service desk (who earned 0 stars every time), I would give 5 stars. I called the desk asking for a wheelchair and she was pleasant. The one that came was the size for an obese person and just too large. The main issue was it was so old and rusty I was unable to open and close it on my own. I called and explained this and asked if I could have someone come up and swap them out. Someone came 20 later and he didn't have a chair. I politely explained the situation but he just wouldn't listen. He only wanted to focus on the size issue saying they only had the one size. I told him for what must have been the 12th time that it was ok and I just needed one I could open and close. That this one was so rusty I couldn't use it. So he said he's be back, but after 40 min he never came back. My sister came back to the room and found me crying in the hall sitting in the chair. She was upset and called the same lady at guest services. The lady was rude and said she already sent someone and was told they gave me a chair. My sister explained and the lady came up herself. She was stern and rude. She didn't want to wait to see if the chair would open and close. She acted like she was in the worlds biggest hurry! When I called to have someone come get the chair so I could get the deposit back, she told me I personally had to bring it to the desk now. I did and the other lady at the desk said it needed to be left in the room. There was nowhere to put it and she was irritated with me. She then explained the normal procedure was to leave it in my room and they would send someone to get it. I told her I had just called and the other lady wanted me to bring it to her now. She acted funny about it but couldn't do anything other than just go with it. It took 5 min for her to check it in on the computer. Other than this, everyone was wonderful. Our steward was so wonderful we ended up tipping him $40, which is a lot for us. He deserved more. By the second morning he knew everyone's names. His name was Irpan. He was just the most amazing man and he made our dull trip totally amazing!!!!!! The dining room staff was the same, as was the girl who always ran the coffee bar every morning!!!

I don't understand your review. Doesn't make sense. How were you in the pool when everyone left you if you are in a wheelchair? Then you said you were drugged and your husband had to carry you. Where was the wheel chair. Something doesn't make sense when almost the who,e review was having problems getting the wheelchair exchanged.
I would contact Carnival and let them know so they can warn other passengers to be careful. Which Mr Sanchez's were you at? They are located in a lot of different ports.
