Review summary
This was our first cruise. I consider myself to be very frugal and practical, so considering the cost of a cruise, I had pretty high expectations and was not sure they would be met. They were exceeded by the outstanding staff, their level of service, kindness and attention to detail. Was told this was not one of the newest or biggest ships in the fleet, but it had received some recent renovations. Still, my expectations were tempered. The boat was very clean and well maintained and did not appear dated. We thoroughly enjoyed the Carnival Paradise.Embarkation
