Dhimas was our room attendant. He was extremely kind to us and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible regarding my particular circumstances. Oana in customer service was a cruicial part to the overall happiness of my cruise and prevented me from never wanting to come on another cruise. In conjunction with Dr. Mila, if even possible, took even better care of me than anyone else on the cruise ship. They all get 10/10 in my book!
