was very dissatisfied, been on many carnival cruises, this is the only one I was dissatisfied with. The service desk staff on the paradise wasn't very nice. They need to go for training on how to talk to guests.

Onboard Activities
1 out of 5
Not much, there was nothing to do between the hours of 11am and 3 pm. On sea days, all the activities were in the evening. Little to nothing during the day. I was very disappointed with this cruise. At dinner we had 4 couples, and we were all past passengers from carnival, we all were disappointed that there was nothing planed by the staff to do. I called carnival when I got home to make a complaint and they sent me an email that they were sorry. Ive been on 6 carnival ships previous to the Paradise and this one stunk. The carnival person, told me all they can do was a onboard credit of $50 on my next cruise. Besides having nothing to do on the ship, Someone was able to charge on my sail and sign card. I went to the service desk to have it fixed and they were not nice, the lady said it would be off by night time, 3 days later I'm still going to the desk to have it removed. Finally, got someone higher up to remove it. what a nightmare.
Entertainment

Being there was nothing else to do on board, we spent a lot of time in the casino. The staff was wonderful, very clean and there was give aways in the casino, but most for the premier casino guests. I don't know how you become a premier casino person, but they were a lot of them, maybe because there was nothing else to do.

Ship tip
I wouldn't go on the Paradise if you are looking for any activities to do on the ship then don't go., If you want to sit around, and do nothing then go.
In order to be a premier casino guest, you have to had gambled quite a bit at previous cruises and you get a specific invite as a premier casino guest with welcome party and certain games and tournaments. I got a few invites but lousy timing
Thats no good after you wait so long and look forward .. i hope u put them in there place at customer service .. i really have not had that issue yet but if i did they would know about it we have had extra charges also but they have been removed by going or calling customer service but it is a pain .. hope ur next one is better ...
