I never going to cruise with Carnival .One of the employees in the checking area treat me real bad .

Review summary

This is my last time cruise with Carnival . I had a bad experience with one of your employees at check point .He took my cell phone from my hands to eraser the video I was recording with my friends on top of that he ask everyone there how he can eraser that video . There more things happen in that cruise but I spoke with Vronka she is the head of customer service . She had all the details happen in that cruise.

Really sounds like you were in the terminal. Those employees will be there no matter the cruise line at the port that day.

If you were taping in the building, the building and workers don't work for Carnival they work for Tampa Port Authority.

Your right. I'm ok with tight security it's what keeps us all safe. It's the employees that forget we don't cruise everyday and most don't know the rules and often blinded by the excitement of starting their vacation. I think the recording needed to be addressed but maybe in a more professional way is all.

Yeah you may have meant no harm but there are people out there that seem innocent but are really not. I'm glad that security is tight so I can continue to enjoy cruising

If you video tape in side the building where you check in they get really bent out of shape about it. Something about security. In no way should they be that rude about it. Was it a carnival employee or a terminal employee.
