Review summary

I've cruised Carnival before and my husband made his maiden voyage on this cruise. We were disappointed in the food quality, entertainment, and general all round things to do on the ship. The staff was excellent. I could tell the ship was older and smaller then usual, but that shouldn't have affected the quality of food and entertainment.Will consider different ship or line next time.

Children were not a factor in our unhappiness. The children were in the casual dining room and through out the ship, but not a factor.

Closet doors were very dirty looking. Probably needs painting. Air condition was freezing!!! Even my husband who handles the cold quite well, complained about the cold room. To be fair we didn't say anything to Ryan, our cabin porter.

Been here before so did not go ashore, others came back early complaining about expensive trip to beach, then must pay once at beach. Those of us who stayed on board had NOTHING to do!!!! Why is that!!! Very disappointed in this.
