Another fun cruise. Cruise was good, most staff was friendly and destinations were great. Loved paradise beach at Cozumel, and look forward to returning too.

Broadway show needs updated. Seen the same show 2 years ago. and on 3 different ships. each ship should have its own show and change every year...

cabin Stuart complained about us using our state room glasses outside our room and never replaced them. always had to ask for new glasses and we were told not to take our glasses out of our room. We never had any issues on any other cruise. On a good note, he knew our name and greeted us with by name every day.

Ship tip

Do the morning breakfast in the dining room.

Thank you for posting your review.  The production show isn't our favorite aspect of cruising anymore and so we empathize with your exasperation.  My opinion is that these may go by the wayside as cruising habits and preferences evolve into other "theatre" experiences. The diving platform and skating shows are examples of what I mean.

As for the cabin steward issue, we have had positive and less than positive experiences with stewards over the years.  Sometimes, I think that their supervisors put the fear of god into them providing direction as to what they should and should not do. It usually results in the customer service pendulum shifting from one extreme to the other. My hope is that customer service improves on cruise ships.  They could all use some cross-cultural training, imho.
Glad you had an enjoyable time overall.

Happy to know that your cruise went so well. Those big production shows cost so much money that they can't perform new ones every year.  I too am frustrated when I see the same shows so often.  It makes me want to go on a different ship.
