Had a great time on the Paradise. The food was pretty dang good and being able to get up whenever to get something was pretty nice as well. The service when we actually went and ate in the dining room was excellent! Our waiter was there when we needed him and was always on top of getting us anything we needed. The gym was pretty well stocked with your basic exercise equipment and it was open at very convenient times. The room service wasn't the best when it came to asking for things. For example, my wife wanted hot chocolate and on the first night they brought her a pitcher of hot chocolate, which tasted great. But when we asked for it again, it was a pitcher of hot water with a mix-in packet that didn't taste very good. And sometimes it would take a while for room service to arrive. But other than that, it was a well-needed vacation that my wife and I both enjoyed.

ps. you probably shouldn't let people get piss-drunk before the safety briefing... just a thought...

Pros: Dinner in the Dining Room

Cons: Entertainment

Recommends Carnival Paradise? Yes!

Service and Staff
Entertainment
Most of our entertainment came from making fun of the drunken acts of idiocy of other passengers...

Cabin / Stateroom
Ensenada, Mexico
La Bufadora is always a big hit. But try to get back into the town of Ensenada. Sure the touristy places are fun, but the nitty-gritty of Mexico is where it's at!
Catalina Island, California
YOU MUST DO THE ZIP-LINE!!!
