A nice cruise, would do it again

Sail Date: December 06, 2010

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Inside

Was pleasently surprised to find the staterooms were larger than expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was clean and well run. Just wish it had a more variety of activities on the ship.

Pros: the evening entertainment, the bands

Cons: not enough activities

Recommends Carnival Paradise? Yes!

Food and Dining
The optional dining was great. The main dining room could be updated some with quality.
Wish they had more options for activities. However, the evening entertainment was excellent and the bands were wonderful.
Ship Quality
Cabin / Stateroom
We were in stearage and was pleasantly surprised to find that it had been upgraded and was much larger than expected.
Service and Staff
The staff was all very friendly and willing to help. Even when passing them in the hallway they took time to talk to us.
Ensenada, Mexico
The jeep tour and horse riding on the beach was fun. We have shopped at Mexico a lot so the excursions was fun.
Don't Miss: The blow hole
Catalina Island, California
First time to see Catalina and it was nice. We took a bus tour to see the island (a must) to learn a lot of history. The shop owners were friendly and helpful.
Don't Miss: Bus tour
