Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The buffet is below average at best, meat carvings are PAPER THIN and you have to ask for more

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
passengers are having fun

Entertainment

3 out of 5
they are trying to do their best

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
The staff morale is low, no smiles, not a welcoming staff

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
nicely done

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The cabin was very nice, however, the bathroom door did not close

Ship tip

if you are looking for good food, or gambeling and breathing, this is not the ship for you

Ports of call

Long Beach (Los Angeles), California

3 out of 5
this port has only one elevator for handicapped, if it's broken your done, angled ramps is the only way up and down. This port needs another elevator FOR SURE. sometimes there are 50+ people waiting to get on and off the ship

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
getting off the ship was nicely done except for the elevator, you cannot use escalators with any piece of luggage. The ramps are the only way except for the ONE ELEVATOR. How can 4000 passengers move on and off a ship with only ONE ELEVATOR.
