The dinner restaurants on the Miracle are gaudy, tacky, drenched in purple, and I loved it! Our service was excellent every night. The food quality was good.
One dish stands out. Be sure you try the pumpkin bisque on whatever night they have it. It's spicy, rich, and I would have been happy making it my entire meal. Its seriously good.
Onboard Activities

We hung out in the jacuzzi most days. It's large enough. There's a second hot tub in the health spa on this ship.

Go to the later comedy shows, the jokes were kinda lame when the kids are present.

This is a beautifully appointed ship, although the decor is pretentiously gaudy. I loved the garish colors.
Fun family activity: explore the ship and count all the boobies!
The ship was packed but didnt feel crowded because of the clever space arrangement. We sailed early June so this was an adult crowd.
Cabin / Stateroom

We did the Balcony Select and Carnival gave us 5236. Because it's next to the maid station, the balcony is twice as long as the cabin. That extra space was a nice touch, but it is a narrow balcony above the lifeboats. Great moonlight views.
Ship tip
Gatsby's Garden on the Atlantic deck is a quiet place to read or play cards with friends. No one goes there.
Be on deck at 6pm on the departure date to watch the Miracle's stack clear the Sunshine Skyway bridge by mere feet. On return the bridge crossing is at 4am.
No offense meant here. But unless doing an excursion, better to just enjoy the ship. The port area is essentially a flea market. The surrounding neighborhood does not appear safe for exploring.
