Review summary

When I booked my grand suite room on the cruise, I was told I would receive a $150.00 on my sail and sign card, and I did not. I notified the guest services and they were rude and did nothing to fix the issue.

That is always why you book directly with any cruise line. A good lesson learned!

Many .com travel agencies have a form you must fill out and submit 21 days before embarking in order to receive your OBC... who did you book the cruise through?

Sorry for your disappointment. You might try a different agent next time. Or even book it yourself

I am not a big fan of Carnival however in this case I have to stick up for them. If I read your post correctly you said you booked your cruise through a third party if that is the case then why are you telling at guest services? They have zero control over other people's promise's. Let's face it you simply didn't check and everyone is rude.

We were given room credit of $50. when we booked our Cruise. However when the price went down $250 pp. I could get the $500 but I would loose the $50 room credit. This was a no brainer. Could this have been your situation??

Who told you that you were receiving onboard credit? Carnival or whoever booked the cruise. It always shows up on your receipt so you can verify that you are getting it before you are on the ship. Guest service can't help with that.
