Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

The room we were alocated on arrival room 1176 was dirty the bed was lumpy and looked dirty, the room cleanliness was not up to standard there was toe nails cuttings on the cartpet was dusty and dirty ,the dressind table was scratched and chips all along the front we were so disapointd we complained even asked for an upgrade and was told there were no other rooms available on the ship but they did clean the room and steamed the carpets and remade the bed but it wasn't up to standard, then we got no sleep with the noise above in the middle of the night so complained again on the second night it just got to much for us so went down to the desk to complain and was offered annother room 1203 of which in the beginning they hadn't got that was a bit better the bumping about above was not as bad .The service in the main dinning room was poor last year got 100% marks. The food there wasn't up tp last years standard on the Legend the food and service was better on the Lido Deck
