Review summary

This ship we took last October and it is very outdated and our room was never cleaned as well on this ship, compared to other Carnival ships we’ve taken. The floors had large stains and it just looks worn. We made the best out of it and didn’t stay in our balcony room much, but when in it, we just felt dirty.

Why does it take 6 months to write a review? Outdated? This ship was only 7 at the time of your sailing. All you have to do is ask that your cabin be cleaned. If it’s not than you complain to guest services.

The magic is our favorite ship. U can always call ur room steward if u see a problem and request an extra cleaning for petes sake

We were on the Magic a few years ago and on the first day found the previous passengers dirty socks under a chair. The ports were great, the ship not so much. Convinced us to not do Carnival again after that, no matter how cheap

Enjoyed the Magic, but.....we had a spa balcony room which was very warm. Stateroom 11236 Hopefully they've corrected the problem.
