The ship seemed to be new, clean, and in perfect order which was very cozy and welcoming.

The Spa staff receptionists were unfriendly and seemed to have a bad attitude. A male trainer was rude and insulted me.

We had a Spa Balcony. It was cozy\, clean\, and large. We needed more electrical outlets in the room.

Pros: Everything was new\, nice\, and clean. We didn't wait in line for anything.

Cons: There were a few grumps in the Spa. ( receptionists and trainer)
