Review summary

We have cruised before to the ports the Magic offered and were looking for something different this time and found it! We booked the COVE BALCONY on Deck 2 and it was wonderful. We didn't know what to expect but the balcony experience was great and we have never stayed below Deck 7 and being on Deck 2 was great. If you haven't tried a balcony before because of the price, try the COVE balcony, not as pricey and great experience. Also the CHEF"S TABLE dinner was worth the price. A seven course dinner One on one with the Chef in the galley was quite the experience. We highly recommend it for a great 4 hour dining experience being in the midst of food preparation and a quick look behing the scenes and an actual demo of cake baking!! WOW!!

We will have to try that Cove Balcony next time we travel on the Carnival Magic. CruiseonMagic I'm so sure you two will have a great time. We sure did.

I will be taking my granddaughter on the Magic ship in December leaving from Galveston, TX and can't wait. Neither one of us has ever been on a cruise and really don't know what to expect. We are staying in the Cove Balcony room and got a great price for it. Very excited, sure hope everything goes well.

Overall, the cruise was great. They were very accomodating to my blind husband, especially in the Northern Lights Dining Room. Alexsander extremely helpful with telling my husband about food locations and even helping him cut up his meat!! Our second trip on the Magic. Great overall experience.
