Review summary

Sent to Progress, not Costa Maya. Wasted my hard earned dollars on a balcony room, No view most of the time. Slow room serice, and often deivered with items missing. Long, Long lines anywhere there was any type of food. Teen club was not supervised, the kids nearly knocked down a half dozen people in less than thirty minutes. Paint fumes in my stateroom, so so food inthe the dining room and louse food in the Lido. Impossible to get anything to drink, unless you wanted to purchase it. Drinks were pushed for purchase the entire trip. All in all not a great trip. Would not recommend this ship. Hard to fine your way around.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
So so food inthe Lido, banquet food in the dining room, Cost an extra thirty dollars per person for the steak house, and twelve dollars per person for the pasta resturant/ If you could get in them

Entertainment

1 out of 5
LOng lines for anything. Never saw one show Too many people for the areas avaiable

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Most all staff, with the exception of guest services, they moslty talked in circles when asked a question. No straight answer at all. Dining staff waiters were great. Hostess was rude

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
Layout was a maze. Needed a Gps to navigate it.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Pleasantly surprised at the roominess of the stateroom. Lots of storage and closet space. Could have been kept a little cleaner

Pros: Our waiter in the sourtherlights

Cons: most of the entire trip
