Review summary

Very large and crowded, lines every where. Mechanical problems that need to be addressed prior to one customer setting foot aboard. The board of directors and CEO must be really proud. Ship was clean but had a layout difficult to get used too. Serinity deck had too much foot traffic and an escence of sewer at times.

Only two shows attended due to crowds, dancers were full of energy and fun. Juggling show fun.

Waiter and room staff are very nice. Customer service desk not what it should be.

Small, beds are rock hard and don't forget you have to pay for the bottled water in the room'
