Review summary

Overall the cruise was great. Planning and preparing was difficult. What i found out going through a 3rd party makes it very difficult to get questions answered. Once we made our final payment to , was done with their part, I would call Carnival for a question and they wouldn't want to talk with me since we booked through a third party. Questions I had were simple questions that I am sure they could have answered for example. the rule says you can bring in 1 750ml bottle of wine per person, my question was can we bring in the equivenlet of 750ml, but with the small single serving bottles instead. I couldn't get that question answered.

They changed the format. Had to use cell phone to check in and get a message that table was ready. Food selection was mediocre. Menu items were nothing more than I could get at home

plenty of on board activities, the main pool was down for half of the day on the most important day for it to be open which was the day at sea.

The performers were mediocre, Make up was horrible, it looked to me like they were trying to copy the same preformance that we saw 4 years ago and instead of bringing their own personalities into it, they tried to imitate and it failed.

We have booked with cruises only!! What a joke! Sh never returned my calls nothing. Money money!! I switched to “Cheap Cruises”! This lady is excellent. Got us the best deal and when price dropped was quick to refund. Also got ship credit. That comes in handy for a drink souvenirs etc!! Sometimes the main cruises Carnival Royal Carrib etc can get you a deal but most of time not.
