This was my first cruise and I was pleasantly surprised by the trip. I felt very safe and we had an amazing time. I traveled with four teens and my husband and I. There was something for everyone.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
I was absolutely taken aback at the level of customer service we received. Our room stewards, Made and Christian were amazing and made it feel like family. When I book again I hope to have their rooms.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Layout was great. Unfortunately, I think the people were a little messy but nothing Carnival could do about that.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Beds were super comfortable! My cabin was always clean.

So, first-time cruiser, the customs, and getting through the line were less than 15 minutes. Waiting to board about 20 minutes. Once we were on, not much of directions unless you asked. When we got muster, that was 2 mins showing how yo out on a life vest and kids 12 and under the wristbands. Then we were directed to buffet land on deck 9, where most ate drank and enjoyed the pool. Staterooms aren't ready until 130 pm, so just a bunch of waiting around. So far it's ok.. but hubby not feeling the wait.
