Review summary

The food areas could be better organized and efficient. The lives are very long. Guys burger joint makes the burger while you're in line when you can make it yourself at the buffet. You should only need to get your burger from the employees and fix the sandwich yourself.

Hard to find a chair. The people in Nassau we kind of rude. They ran out of ice so we weren't able to get a drink but still had hours left before we had to leave.

Each and every employee was wonderful. They work very hard all day. Eduardo, Dita, and Arena we wonderful. They made sure everything was perfect at dinner each night.

The balcony door handle was about to fall off and we notified guest services and they immediately called for it to be fixed but maintenance only locked the door from inside. They didn't fix it. If it's not fixed, someone is going to be locked out.

We went to Blue Lagoon. It wasn't bad but there wasn't much to do for the price I paid. Just sitting in chairs wasn't worth the cost.

Princess Cays (Cruise Line Private Island)

I liked having lunch served on the island. My husband snorkeled and I floated around. We walked around the island taking pictures. We thought the cost for the chais and Bimini was worth it.

Disembarkation

We stood in the birthday certificate line for two hours. There were only 3 security people there and it took forever!
