Was charged gratuity by the travel agency and then again on the ship. Feel like we were overcharged.

As stated by others, contact your travel advisor for reimbursement. Going forward, I recommend booking directly through Carnival.

Would definitely encourage you to contact your travel agency for reimbursement on the gratuities. Unacceptable
