I spoke with someone(Anna) at cheap cruises to request a bed for a couple. She assured me that she’s taken care of it. And of course, cheap cruises had no recollection of this request or conversation. My husband and I have been married for 25 years and this was the first time that we’ve shared a bedroom but separate beds. It was not a good experience. Especially because there wasn’t anything that could be done because the ship was full. I was thoroughly disappointed in their customer service.
