Ship is a bit old and it showed but the staff did a great job keeping everything clean

The first 2 nights I would’ve given 5 stars; the twin beds were comfortable and we both loved the balcony. The third night my sister got sick in the cabin and the smell remained for the following two nights. The staff couldn’t shampoo the rug until the following morning, fair enough, but no one offered deodorizer until the rug was shampooed twice and the smell was still there. Since they had to keep coming to the room for either shampooing or deodorizing we couldn’t access the room the entire day snd the floor was still wet the last night (and debarkation morning). Also, it still smelled. I feel bad for whoever got our room next.
