We had a good time. Sailed on the same ship in July, I thought the service and food was better on that cruise.

Steakhouse was a big letdown. Service was slow, waiter disappeared, and ribeye was full of gristle. Cowboy steak was not available. Wife ordered med rare, got well done.

We were on the same cruise - I just posted my review. Same experience with food from the steakhouse but served in the MDR with a smaller surcharge. Ordered medium rare, got well-done. I can't imagine paying the full steakhouse surcharge of ($50+) for poor food and service. As for cruiseline lowering the stars in your review, you have to be careful - if you hover over the stars after you click on your rating, the rating will change and you may not notice! It has happened to me too.
