Nice. Seemed like one of there older ships

No cold water for first two days scalding hot water. Put in a work ticket first day. Came to fix while we were out the evening of second day. Then we had no hot water. Had to go and put in another work ticket. Never got fixed. Didn't want to complain and get anybody in trouble.
