Good trip, great people on an okay ship. I’ll go again.

Food and Dining

Servers always serving with a smile. Buffet was stocked with many tasty choice. Enjoyed the dining room for dinner and breakfast. Dining room servers grace us with song and dance during dinner. Enjoyed garlic herb butter peel and eat shrimp from Seafood Shack (additional cost). Pizza line was always long. Mongolian Wok always had a line, so expect to spend 45 minutes in line (Tip: count 5 minutes for every person in front of you). Old favorites Guy Burgers and Blue Iguana are always a winner.

Service and Staff

Our room stewart, Marco, was always on point and ready to assist. We saw him several times a day and he always asked if we needed anything. We never have any complaints with the ship’s personnel. They work very hard and we appreciate all they do.
Ship Quality

The ship is showing its age, but it is in no way neglected. There is always cleaning, painting, polishing, and general house keeping. I must say that the cabin was a little dusty. I know for a fact that the dust accumulates fast. I did a Lysol wipe down and spray just for my own OCD and found dust on flat surfaces later the same day.
The design is very similar to every Carnival ship we have sailed in the same class (Pride, Paradise, Legend). Learn the layout, look at the maps on the wall and know the decks that go all the way through.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin furnishings are old, spotty and marred. The comfort and size was as expected. The starboard balcony was comfortable and quiet. The mid/aft location had its pros and cons. Near the rear of the ship away from the elevators has less traffic. 6425 was directly opposite a door to crew passage and was quite busy during the last night and disembarkation morning. We were startled a couple times at night by a loud noise from that passage way.
