I was on your cruise. For future reference you can always ask for more on the included items. Often get 2 or more shrimp cocktails, multiple appetizers or even entrées. The CL try to reduce waste and their processes are geared to providing complete plates as opposed to extra sides but can't hurt to ask and show patience.
