Very over crowded. I love cruise ships, but I think this might be my last for awhile with Carnival. It was way to crowded no place to set at lunch or breakfast time.

Review summary

I will never go on this boat again. I was so happy to get off so I could get a good nights sleep. With the night club music going all night and then if I attempted to try to sleep during the day, the cruise director was non-stop talking on the intercom. Not sure why he needs to tell me about things going on around the ship when I have my daily activity flyer, I just wanted to sleep.

I loved our cabin, however we must of been above the night club. So loud it was hard to sleep music went all night. I had to get my kids ear plugs, but was still very loud.

We have always had to step out in hallway to hear announcements as they don’t have them piped into the cabin.

Sounds like a little more research when planning would have made for a better experience. The first issue was cruising during one of the busiest weeks of the year, so the crowded conditions are not a surprise. The second issue was not choosing the proper location for your cabin. It’s always important to review the deck plans and choose a cabin that is above, below and surrounded by other passenger cabins to reduce the chance of noise issues. Try cruising when school is in session and choosing a better cabin location for a better experience.

Surprised that the CD announcements bothered you during the day, since they are not “piped” into the cabins. Hope you find a cruise line that fits your needs. Just remember to be sure you have cabins above and cabins below you next time!
