Review summary

From the time I got on the ship and the time I left I was sick the entire time. Their was smelly odors throughout the ship. People vomiting in the elevators. Food wasnt fully cooked and it was cold. The beds were uncomfortable for "king" size bed. The ship had too much rocking even though the weather was beautiful. The only thing that was enjoyable was the hard working people on the ship. Spent a lot of time chatting with them. Overall I will never book a Carnival Liberty ship.

I was on Liberty in Oct , it was amazing the food , the staff , the bed all A+ .

Always bring dramamine. My last cruise was on Grandeur following a hurricane to Bermuda, I took my dramamine and was fine the entire trip. You never know how the ocean will affect you.

Need to do your research you booked and you paid for the trip .... it's a old ship if u want all the bells and whistles then pay for it !!!!!!

I went on the Liberty in January 2018. Granted it seemed somewhat worn, but I thought the crew did a great job in upkeep. We had great experiences when it came to food and entertainment. We tried the optional Chef’s table and the food was amazing. Also had a great meal at the specialty steak house. Our cruise director did a great job and like most Carnival cruises I’ve been on, there was a lively group of fellow cruisers. Carnivals not for everyone. I hope this reviewer finds a cruise line that more fits their lifestyle and likes in the future.
