My girlfriend and I were first time cruisers, we had such a good time. We loved our room and the food. (maybe better policing the noise in the stateroom hallways? Seriously people yelling and running 1, 2 and 3 am) The staff was exceptional and friendly.

Pools-noisy and crowded but that's to be expected. The Serenity pool being closed was a disappointment. Areas were clean.
Show was great music and dancing but not really clear on the story line of Flick, What was the man in the show representing?
Spa-great massages, clean and comfortable. Didn't appreciate the hard push to buy products.

Dewa was our room steward and he was so helpful. So were our staff in the Silver room, Victor and Hector and Excillen (spelling?). NoNo was awesome!

In open dinning area the tables were rarely very clean. Bathrooms were clean. Layout was confusing as the places you can't walk through should be more plainly stated. Maintenance... when is that done?
Cabin / Stateroom

Beautiful, comfortable beds. Clean rooms, spacious. The bathroom always smelled septic or like urine- we are two ladies over 50. Air fresheners or stronger cleaners??? Loved the clean towels too and regular service Oh and the cute towel art-my personal fave.
Ship tip
WHERE PATCHES!!! Seriously. Kept us both from getting seasick, we had the herbal ones. Also eat in the Silver/Gold Dinning areas, the staff is awesome and the food amazing.
Nassau was beautiful, even though it was a rainy day. May I suggest free or cheap rain ponchos for people purchasing excursions? Umbrellas are pointless in the wind.
We did Atlantis and were more than thrilled with our experience. There was a little confusion on the side of the bus driver and the Atlantis tour guide but it was raining hard and people were scrambling. We had a blast?? OH GIVE PEOPLE A MAP of Atlantis, we got lost several times.
***the lady working the desk was not very helpful. We had to ask a lot of questions and then she would just point to the book. She was sweet, maybe new?? You need a well informed, cheery, multi-tasker for that desk.
I don't know how long you cruised. Normally on a short cruise, they tend to be more of the party atmosphere. So you'll get more of the dorm room characters.
