Review summary

It was our first cruise ever. Embarkation was orderly but when we got in the ship , we didn't know where to go- nobody guided us. We just ushered ourselves to the dining area after being lost a few times. Food is excellent! Noticed though a lot of wasted food. The staff were excellent! They worked hard the whole cruise. Entertainment needs some improvement. Debarkation was organized.

Ship personnel were great except for 1 guy (botique selling alex and ani, swarovski etc.- was rude). Our stewards-Hari and his partners were excellent! I commend them for doing such a good job! I also commend the cooks making the omelet, mongolian noodles and guy's burgers - they all work hard!

Sounds like you had a pretty good time on your cruise before you get on board always go on line and look out the layout of the ship you’re going to be on to get familiar with it and then when you do get on the ship just explore that’s part of it enjoy cruising I love to cruise
