Review summary

I've cruised before and i was very disappointed in this cruise. The customer service sucked! The food sucked! The ship was dirty! Worse vacation ever!

Only saw room steward 2x room was cleaned late in the day after he asked when we wanted it clean which we said mornings. Wait staff was rude and non chalant most of them

Lots of confusion to navigate ship unclear directions given by staff. Paper on floor in stairways dirty windows in dining rooms. Floor was wet in elevator.

Size was good bed was uncomfortable could feel the crease between beds we requested king bed. Refrigerator was broke no way to keep drinks cold. Steward only bought ice 2 times

It shouldn't matter rather the the trip was long or short. When I spend my money I expect to have a positive experience. Now why would zi not ask to have the bed fixed or my ice bucket filled. I'm glad people went on the liberty 2,2 3 etc times and enjoyed it. I did not. This was my experience and you had yours. I've cruised before on longer cruise and that was not the issue. I've also cruised on another carnival ship and my experience was about the same. However I'm elated your experience were awesome. Again my experience was not.

Love the Liberty, this December will be my 3rd time on her. Strange that many things went wrong!... and we LOVE the food in the MDR.

We were on this ship in January and going on her again next week July 22nd. We have been on 24 cruises all Carnival and while I respect your opinion regarding the ship try a longer cruise where the cruisers and staff are more relaxed. There is a lot going on behind the scenes that we are not aware of. Beds can be fixed just ask. Food selection again shorter cruise less food selection, elevators wet well thank the cruisers for their inconsideration for that. You would have to have someone stand 24/7 at all elevators to keep the dripping pool water off people out of them. Some folks just don’t care.

This was a short entry-level cruise on an older ship during the summer, so a longer cruise on a newer ship when school is in session should be a much better experience.
