Not the worst experience but the ship definitely has some work to do.
Embarkation

Smooth and a fairly quick process. I spent too much time at guest services with an associate who had no idea how to assist us. We were given bad information by the 1-800# and had to wait on a manager to help clarify and assist.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
2 out of 5
The food was luke warm at best but most of the time in the main dining room it was cold. All of the buffets are concentrated in one area of the ship and the lines to eat were at least 12 minutes to get a plate. Plus the buffets closed at 2 so getting anything to eat was only if I went to my room for room service, paid extra at the Seafood Shack or waited 20 minutes at Guy's Burger. I've cruised other cruise lines and never had that problem.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
activities were good but schedule should be coordinated with the dinner and buffet schedule more so that if you attend a seminar you don't miss a meal.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
Loved NoNo's energy! The shows in the Venetian were horrible. The cast couldn't sing and the music was just not that good. The choreography was unbelievably bad and the variety of the show was cheesy. Please choose some besides JayJay her voice was annoying and she was definitely trying too hard. DJ Rio was great. As a whole the staff should be more prepared for "rainy" day cruises with more and/or better activities.
Children's Programs
children did not sail with me.
Service and Staff

Thank goodness for Ron and Froilan for making the experience enjoyable in spite of what the kitchen was putting out.
Ship Quality
2 out of 5
layout was not optimal, as all of the food was concentrated in the same area of the ship causing for long lines and congestion. The ship wasn't clean. I noticed the windows before we ever left the port. But when it was sitting next to Royal and NCL you could see theirs was white and the Carnival ship was dingy.
Cabin / Stateroom

It was ok for a short cruise
Ship tip
Don't buy the soda package because you have to go to the bar everytime you want a drink, its too much of an inconvenience.
