For the first time family cruise, we don’t have a really good experience because no one tell you what to do. We were disoriented and the customer services really unfriendly. We were expected more attention and more information for the people had the first time cruise, but they didn’t care and we did not know where to start until we found the first activity which was the one of the comedians who talked a lot of crapEmbarkation

Good for party’s, but no much orientation for first time cruise people
