Review summary

For the first time family cruise, we don’t have a really good experience because no one tell you what to do. We were disoriented and the customer services really unfriendly. We were expected more attention and more information for the people had the first time cruise, but they didn’t care and we did not know where to start until we found the first activity which was the one of the comedians who talked a lot of crap

We cruised on the Liberty last year with our kids (1st family cruise) & had no problems figuring out things for all of us to do. There is info delivered to the rooms daily & posted on the app. We are cruising again in a month with both our families and looking forward to it!!

Not that hard we figured it out most of what you need to know is on line and they give the fun times with all the info or what’s going on

Sorry things didnt work out in your favor. Next time you cruise with Carnival you can download the app Carnival Hub. It gives you the days activities as well as a reminder before the activities begin. These is also a map of the ship. They also put a newsletter outside your door daily. I've been on the Liberty twice. It was always a great time. Hopefully your next cruise is a better one.

You guys weren't the only ones cruising for the first time and it's not that hard to acclimate yourself to new surroundings if you put forth the effort. There are many sites that allow you to research your ship the 1st being Carnival's very own website. Sorry but noone is going to hold your hand.

What did you want the staff to do, take you by the hand to all the activities? That's why they put a FunTimes in your room. It has all the activities going on and the times on it.

Didn’t you look at the Fun Times (paper left on your bed) in your cabin every night on your bed that tells you what is going on every day? How did you book your cruise? Been on the Liberty and that ship has a wonderful staff!
