Review summary

The cruise was good except for the food and the first 2 nights in the dining room. Since only spent 3 nights I am very disappointed in the dining experience.

The food overall was ok not great by any means. Our service the first 2 nights in the Golden Dining room was poor! The 2 waiters were very slow, never came to see how our food was after we received it. My baked potato was so hard I could not eat it. The lobster tail was dried out did not eat it. My sister had trouble getting her sprite beverage during dinner. The food was cold when it came out. The last night was a totally great experience. Different table and staff they were wonderful, the food came out hot and they constantly checked to see that we were happy. Room service is a joke! We order 3 sandwiches 2 with frys and a banana split. No silverware, no condiments and no one answered when we tried to call room service to complain.

The room steward was great! Always clean room, always ice in the bucket. He was very friendly and attentive.

Cabin was great except the curtains had a panel missing so we could not block out the sun in the mornings. It was very clean and in good shape.
