Review summary

The last day was an excursion Garden of the groves, I took my mother in a wheelchair. With all the ruts and broken and patched concrete she was rocked back and forth roughly, just to get through. Don't believe what the carnival personnel tell you about the excursion because they really don't check them out. They just make the sale. This ruined our whole trip, because our mother went to bed sick with pain. She was the person who made this reunion possible and paid for everything.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
Very few choices, unless you wanted to pay extra. Same dining rooms for all evening meals and same restaurant for breakfast. lines a mile long for Chinese food. No family member was able to try it out of 17 people because of lines so long. The burgers were good.

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
salsa dancing. over crowed and no room to move. fitness center was always packed.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Loved the costumes. The lights were always shinning in your eyes. They need to work on that.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
stewards were very kind and willing to get you anything you needed.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
The layout was clean. just a little difficult to find everything.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The best part was the cabin. very clean nice size and loved the jetted tub.

Ship tip

Research people...research!

Sorry to hear that, but if I had a loved one who required a wheel chair for an excursion, I would be doing research to make sure he/she would be ok. There are several on here inquiring about their loved ones or themselves.
