ALL the staff was very polite, friendly, accommodating! My granddaughters got signatures from staff in their booklet they made in one of the crafts classes on the ship

Everything was immediately clean and well-maintained. As for the layout, I do not understand why to get to some areas in the aft of the ship, I have to go maybe down/up a level to get there? I’ve experienced this with other cruise lines. Just want to know.
