People in balcony room next to us enjoyed a domestic violence vacation for two of the three day cruise. Two very long nights. Security showed up on Saturday.

Review summary

Spend the extra money and sail a better ship. A thousand dollars for two people for three nights, things should be without hassle. A problem that could have been fixed the first time and escalates to three times is not acceptable. The dining experience could have been avoided if I was handed the right menu the first time. The fish could have been cleaned to remove the bones and the room. The concierge desk could have moved the non-stop fighting neighbors after the first night. All in all. A waste of our vacation time and money.

Food was nothing great. After coming off the carnival sunshine we were not impressed. After being seated at a table for 8 with six strangers and being handed a menu, giving my order to waiter he informed me I had the wrong menu. He gave me another menu. Asked me again what I would like for dinner, I started listing off items and again, he said I had the wrong menu. He brought me another one. The fish I ordered had bones in it. That was our first and last night in the dining room.

Again coming off the carnival sunshine the liberty is in desperate need of cleaning and upgrades.

The bed is horrible. Could use new mattresses. The bathroom was clean. Basic wear.

Ship tip

I would not sail the liberty. If your spending the money, and you want to sail carnival, spend a bit more and go on the sunshine.

The Bahamas never really change. Kind of dirty. Not much there. Senior froggies (overrated) is nasty dirty and two beers cost 16.00. We walked around town and went back onboard.
