Our very first cruise was enjoyable! We learned a lot on this Cruise. Everybody was very friendly the cruise ship was in great shape from what I could tell. Only had minor issues with the internet service but that was to be expected. We didn't have any issues that we ran into so we didn't have to call for any extra assistance. The only issue that we had on debarkation was the confusion about what time we could get off the boat. The paperwork said 7 and I don't think they were letting people off until 7:30 if you hadn't paid for early dismissal. We did a lot of the activities in many areas of the boat and my least favorite was the casino because of the cigarette smoke. Everything else was amazing!
Embarkation

This process was super easy! We got there early and pretty much only had to wait a few minutes for our group to get on the boat.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining

Everything we had to eat was amazing! I really enjoyed the dining room areas more so than the buffet line does I had a broken wrist and couldn't really navigate those very easily. The drinks were very tasty!
Onboard Activities

There was a lot to keep us busy! Almost too busy to spend time by the pool LOL
Entertainment

I really enjoyed the music but the highlight of the trip for me was the comedians especially Jodie White and the dr. Seuss parade
Children's Programs

Though we don't have children and didn't really use a lot of the things offered. We did participate in the dr. Seuss parade and that was amazing! I was actually involved in the storytelling segment and was wearing the elephant head as Horton. That was one of the highlights of my trip and that was the kickoff to my birthday!
Service and Staff

We had excellent service every day we were there! Lizette and Farooq where are servers for two out of the three nights and they were fun and engaging. We did have a gentleman come and talk to us for a little bit while we were having breakfast on the fun day at sea but I am having a hard time with his name. I think it was senaj? Casey from Canada was super exciting with the dr. Seuss parade and Milan was fun to watch throughout the course of the cruise with all the activities he participated in. It was nice to see people enjoying the jobs that they have!
Ship Quality

The ship was easy-to-navigate after you got your head wrapped around it. And it was very clean everywhere we went and we did not have any issues in our state room. The only suggestion I would have is to have more electrical outlets. I do photography and was taking a lot of pictures and videos and it was wearing my batteries out so try to keep them charged was a little interesting.

Ship tip
One of the tips I would share is if you are a documentarian like I am bringing lots of extra batteries for any of your devices as there are only two electrical outlets in the stateroom. One is in the bathroom and one is by the vanity in the main room. Luckily I had extra charger hubs with me so it didn't create a huge problem just a minor one. Also if you are allergic to cigarette smoke I would highly recommend not going through the casino area. It really was bothersome that we had to walk through there each time to go to the comedian area. I am highly sensitive to cigarette smoke and wish I had known that was what we were going to encounter. Overall it was an amazing adventure and those are my only two comments.
Wish we would have had a little bit more time. We went to Junkanoo beach after spending time walking around the shops and buying some souvenirs. Be aware that people are going to try and get money from you every turn. We did encounter one Gentleman on the beach who was kind of rude with trying to get money for chairs and umbrellas. He gave us an umbrella with a hole in it when I asked him to replace it with a different one he gave me a very strange look and then ask for a tip. My only tip would be to buy some new umbrellas LOL
