The ladies in the Spa Salon should be considerate of the customers’ time, and accept the Customer’s answer if the customer doesn’t want to or could afford to spend more money on the service. Also, they lack integrity. They wouldn’t suggest a discount on Services until we would attempt to walk away, then we we say we would think about, they would say we had to book that day with the discount because the prices would go back to the regular price. They said this everyday, and lied about only having two openings available, just to rush us into making an appointment.

I was unaware the only thing to drink, without paying extra, was water and unsweetened tea. There were several food stations that were hardly open, or closed early.

Too many small children running around the ship. Pool wasn’t deep or big enough for swimming. I didn’t get a chance to see what all the cruise ship had to offer, because the staff in the Spa refused to accept my “No” for an answer.

The waiters and room staff were good. However, the staff in the Spa refused to accept my “No” as an answer. I was stressed out, overwhelmed, and angry by the Spa Staff pressuring me to repeat the same mediocre services. I shouldn’t have to say “No” more than twice, which I felt I couldn’t leave the spa area unless I agreed to repeat the services. I told them they were too expensive, and I just had the service. I was told I’m being negative, “I need to treat myself”, “I need to have faith that these services will help me”, even after I informed them my swelling in my feet is from my military disabilities.

The bed was very comfortable, but too small for my medical conditions. The temperature was comfortable from the hours of 10am to roughly midnight. But, a little after midnight to 10am, the temperature in the room was super hot and stuffy. My allergies was flared, to where I couldn’t breathe.
Ship tip
Do not get the Spa Services unless you don’t mind being harassed into more services, and willing to threaten them in order to get them to listen to you.
We just got off the liberty about 2 hours ago and had an awesome time and would go back. All the staff was AWESOME, Evan the spa people when we said no. We were impressed with the crew on how they kept the ship clean with people leaving food and dishes all over the ship. We would differently go on the Liberty again!! We were on 6 upper deck and our Stewart's went out of their way door us. 🛳️💜
How many times did you go to the spa? If it was that bad the first time why go back? If you only went one time you should have had plenty of time to see the entire ship.
Exactly they should respect people I’m sure if people want massage etc they will enquirer.....I said no thank you a few times .. then firmly said No and don’t ask again ...then every time we passed they would not ask again..
