This was a fun and enjoyable cruise for all our family members who cruised with us. Always plenty to do as well as food. There was always something to do with lots of entertainment going on for us adults as well as things to do for the children.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
When we arrived at the cruise terminal, porters were available to take our suitcases and then transfer them to the ship. Before entering the terminal we showed our passports and cruise documents. We went through a security line which involved placing our carryon bags through an x-ray machine. After entering a large open space which had roped-off lines and check-in stations Cruise line staff was on hand to direct us to the correct line. At check-in, we presented our ID and documents to the representative who took our picture and checked us in and gave us a card with a number on it. After checking in we waited until the number on our card was called and then boarded the ship.

Food and Dining
5 out of 5
We only eat dinner in the main dining room. It had a very nice and pleasant atmosphere. We received a menu and ordered our food from a waiter. Our menu changed daily but you could check ahead of time to see what was on the menu for that day. Our dinners were a leisurely affair, lasting a about an hour and a half to two hours. We eat Breakfast and Lunch at the buffet restaurants. Our breakfast buffet included early- and late-morning continental breakfast, plus eggs, pancakes, waffles, breakfast pastries and breads, breakfast meats, cereal, yogurt and fresh fruit. Our lunch buffet typically included hot entrees, a deli or sandwich area, pizza station and often some sort of international or themed menu, as well as an array of desserts. Also, Midday snacks were available which included cheese and crackers, cookies, and ice cream.
Onboard Activities

In your room there will be a daily bulletin that you can out what's going on each day? A daily newsletter was delivered to our cabin each evening. There was one that was waiting for us when we arrived. In it, we found a schedule for the next day's activities and entertainment offerings, as well as opening hours for the spa, restaurants, onboard shops and bars. Also listed, was things like movies, information on scheduled ports of call, debarkation and embarkation information, and sunrise and sunset times. Wife and I really enjoyed the adult only pool and hot tubs. There was always an attendant standing by to keep non adults out of this area. We used the Carnival Hub App to find many things that were happing aboard our ship.

Ship tip
Research every about your cruise that you are interested in from; Drink Packages, Shore Excursions, Ports of Calls, etc. You don’t want any surprises
There are a lot of things to see and do in Nassau. My wife and I just like to walk around and enjoy the sights as well as stopping for a cold drink at places like Senor Frogs & Hard Rock. If you go, plan out what you want to see and do.
Beautiful Island. Our Port of Call was Princess Cays which is part of Eleuthera in the Bahamas. We took a tender from our ship, the Carnival Liberty to the Island. Exiting the tender nto the Island was faily easy. Some of shops on the island allow you to use your ship card to buy things while others wanted cash. We had a great table while at the bar overlooking the swim area. The buffet lunched that was served was very simple in food. Hamburgers. Hot Dogs and all the trimmings. There were four lines which made it easy and fast to get your food. The men’s’ bathroom was very clean and there was an attendant standing outside the door to keep it clean. My wife said the same about the women’s bathroom. There were several shore exclusions you could do but we choose to just enjoy the beach area. There was a nice children’s play area called Pelican’s Perch which included a swimming pool. There was a "Point of Interest" map showing where everything was located on the Island. All in all, this is perhaps one of the best Port of Call Islands in the Bahamas.
