Review summary

Family cruise with adult kids. The adult kids (19 and 22) couldn't use the pool because there were too many young children in pools. Some of the food was poor. Our room was not cleaned up until the evening hours. Always ran out of towels. Would have lid to see more shows instead of volunteer acts. We only did one formal night because the food was poor quality. Overall had a good time but I have had better on other Carnival Cruise Ships.

The bakery goods were dry and possibly stale. The formal dinning prime rib, not good!

Ship tip

Seperate the 2 pool, one for adults and the other for minors. Convert one of the hot tubs into very small child's pool.

Not the cruise fault that it was their Labor day and all shops were closed until after parade and we had an excursion to go on. Missed the shops.

Was on liberty in January. We had room cleaning two times a day.

You can choose once or twice a day.

I'll let you know my experience in 11 days😎. I cruised a year ago and they serviced twice.

If you’re platinum you can get twice daily service

Carnival has cut down to just cleaning once a day. On the first day the room steward will ask you what time you want it cleaned, and tell you the hours that they clean. It’s disappointing for those of us that have been cruising carnival a while because we got used to the service twice a day. We’ve had some very sweet stewards that would clean our room twice a day if we asked, and we made sure to tip them at the end of the trip for the extra service.

There are adult only pools. If children are in restricted areas carnival staff will lead them to the right direction. When you board, your steward asks when you'd like your room serviced. I always pick morning and evening. If you run out of something, you can call the steward. I always ask for extra towels and washcloths. Food is so predictable. I've been on many carnival cruises and I know what dinner options I'm going to have before I even board the ship. Unfortunately the shows are not at all like they used to be.
