Review summary

This was the worst vacation. I cried almost everyday and not one person tried to make it better. Honeymoon plan was cancelled , internet would not work, staff was non existent, rained every single hour, torrential downpour with winds while snorkeling, cut my foot and got wave rolled over the coral 5 minutes into the excursion and couldn't get a refund. I think someone should contact me. The best part of the trip was the flank steak

You have some valid complaints, but rain is not a valid complaint against the cruise line. I would also suggest that cutting you foot and getting bowled over by a wave is not a valid complaint against the cruise line. What are they to do about waves, you are going into the ocean and you will experience waves in the ocean.
