Review summary

Very disappointed on this cruise, don't believe Carnival wants us to be a return customer by the way we were treated by the guest services personnel. I'm sure the other carriers would love to have us spend our money on there ships

"Donkey, the voice from above" was consistently 30 mins or more late on announcing ship activities. He would announce "up coming events" 30 mins or later than they started

Waiters and room stewards were great. On the other hand when they closed the smoking areas for smoking we went to guest services to ask where we could smoke we were told " maybe you should quit. TEALLY...I didn't go on a "learn to quit smoking cruise".

Princess Cays (Cruise Line Private Island) Did not visit port

Tenders were not available at princess cay so we went to Half Moon Cat. With nothing to do we went to the Island barbeque lunch which consisted of cold hot dogs and cold hamburger. We had to back to the ship for lunch so we lost most of the day there.

Disembarkation

Upon calling our floor for disembarkation we were directed to one of the theaters to wait, when we decided to go back to our room we were forced to carry our bags up 5 flights of stairs because employees were holding elevators for people to go down stairs only.
