Review summary

The only thing that is stopping me from booking another Carnival cruise is the concern about the charges on my account. It's a HUGE red flag to me when I can't reach someone to talk to about this. I understand the pain that it will be to video-verify that the charges were an error, but the $310 is a big deal to me.

There was a line, but fast moving and super smooth. I even met some new friends in line.

I didn't even make it to the main dining room. The buffets (food and service) were GREAT. The only 24 hour food was pizza. The line got crazy for the night owls, but it was a fun 'meet and greet' time.

WATCH YOUR ONBOARD CHARGE ACCOUNT! I am having a hard time disputing two charges made in the casino that are VERY obviously an error. I'm having a hard time reaching a real person to address the issue with.

We take our first cruise at the end of November and I know for a fact that my wife would still be on that ship till she got an answer.

I see no profile cruises so it’s unknown if charges were before, during or after or if a cruise was even taken. Most folks would go to customer service when questionable charges appear on an account.
