I am still attempting to get in touch with Guest Services about the $191.20 cent discrepancy, I purchased the Cheers Program, however, I was charged for a number of drinks that should not have been charged. As well as a casino fee that i did not make.
If anyone really reads these things I would appreciate a call from customer services being I have not been able to get in touch with them.

When we first arrived at the initial baggage center we were directed to the elevator to go up to the boarding area. My daughter-in-law, and my son boarded first then my wife entered the elevator and was startled by the hard closing doors, it hit her by complete surprise and caught her on both her shoulders, she fell backwards and if I had not been behind her she would have fallen to the ground. My wife (67 of age) lost her breath, and was totally shaken up. This resulted in her having a panic attack and the Paramedics being summoned. She had to be taken on board in a wheelchair. And was afraid to enter the elevators on board ship for the duration of the cruise, and is still afraid of elevators.

Excellent, ChiChi our room Stewart was fantastic, and Fitu the bartender was also very friendly and helpful, however the staff member that stood out the most was Ivryne out dinner head waitress (Table 423) she was by far the best ambassador that Carnival could possibly have, she made everyone in my party of four (4) smile every time she approached our table, We miss her the most. r/ Dr Anderson

Chi Chi was are cabin stewart and was always there to assist, and always referred to my wife and I by name, which truely made us feel welcome.
Ship tip
The ship could use lights above the ship floorplans by the elevators. There is not enough light to read the floorplans.
Just so you know certain drinks is not covered under the Cheers package such as Beer from the Thirsty Frog Self Serve Beer Dispenser, as well as any drinks in the souvenir glasses/cups or the double/sharing drink cup ($20 Pina Colada).
