Review summary
The staff were excellent (Silver Dining Staff and our Stateroom Stewardess Myrene Comia). They all made us feel at home and especially the dining staff who kept our daughter busy when she was starting to fidget during our meal. The food was good...and plentiful....lol. The bottomless bubbles option was well worth the cost and yes, be sure to bring a large thermal cup so you won't have to make a million trips to the drink counter for the free lemonade, water, or tea. There were only a few issues we had:
1. There is a major vibration in the Aft Dining area (Silver) that was very bothersome...it felt like being in a massage chair during our dinner!
2. They should really stick to the no-reservation of lounge chairs around the pool area. Every chair was taken throughout the trip with a towel or personal items on it, but seemed like everyone was hanging out at the bar and not on the chair itself.
3. It was difficult to have children enjoy the main pool with 2 bars around the pool and lots of young adults being inebriated. Wouldn't it be a better idea to use the aft-pool for children since its near the pizza restaurant and is easily viewed by parents? I know...cruise on Disney if you have kids. Not a fix at all thank you!
4. Faster customer service at the guest counters. Wow, I had one question about the bottomless bubbles program and had to wait in line for almost 45 minutes to be seen...and that was on a slow day!
5. Hand out a floor plan of the ships decks when cruisers arrive, or better yet, have one in the cabin ready for us to look over!
6. I know the muster is a requirement, but wow...it takes way too long and it was really hot there! How about scanning people's passes when they come through the doors to the deck instead of waiting until everyone is piled up and hard to get to. Maybe have a small platform for the demonstrators to stand on...some of them were short in stature and we couldn't see or hear them!
7. Hold larger events in larger halls. Having the Cat-In-The-Hat birthday party in the main lobby? Seriously...most of the kids couldn't even see what was going on due to all the people who attended for the free cake.
Other than that, we had a great time, ate great food (Guy's Burgers, the Deli, and the Pizza place were a great snack fix!) and plan on cruising at least 1 or 2 times a year from now on. Maybe not to Nassau (some of the Straw Market sales people were truly rude!), but other parts of the Caribbean would be fun!

Ship tip
On shore days, take your time...eat a nice breakfast and let everyone else get off the ship if you have a choice. Also bring an insulated cup that you can carry with you on the ship.
